It originates from an ancient Emilia-based seed company and is considered to be a modern wheat variety, despite being commercially available since the 90s.


Geronimo soft wheat has a medium length sheaf, characterised by milk white kernels, and grows up to 70 cm in height.
Its flour ensures excellent leavening, another reason for its success.
